UM Women

PURPOSE

The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

CIRCLES

Esther Circle meets Third Tuesday monthly - 10:30 A.M.

Rebecca Circle meets at the Church Third Tuesday monthly - 10:30 A.M.

Ruth Circle meets Third Tuesday monthly - 10:00 A.M.

Wesleyanna Circle meets Third Monday monthly - 7:00 P.M.

So-Sew Group meets last Tuesday monthly - 10:00 A.M to 2:00 P.M.

GENERAL MEETING

All Circles come together six times during the year for special programming and business, as well as food and fellowship.

SO-SEW

This group of ladies works on sewing projects during the year which are given to hospitals, nursing homes, and schools. Donated materials are used to produce such items as pillows, children's dresses, school bags, lap throws, alzhiemers aprons, tray favors, etc. Sewing experience is not required, just the ability to enjoy working with others.
